  • Billing information — payment details processed and stored securely by Stripe. We do not store your card number.
  • Usage data — token consumption, feature usage, and interaction logs to operate and improve the Service.
  • Integration data — data from connected third-party services (e.g., emails, calendar events, messages) as needed to provide assistant functionality.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To personalize your AI assistant's behavior and responses
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents

4. AI & Your Data

Your data is processed by AI models solely to deliver assistant functionality. We do not use your data to train AI models. Conversation history and context are stored to enable your assistant's memory features, and you can request deletion at any time.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers — Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication & database), Resend (transactional emails), and AI model providers.
  • Third-party integrations — only the services you explicitly connect (Google, Telegram, Discord, Slack, etc.).
  • Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS encryption in transit, OAuth-based authentication, and regular security audits. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information
  • Export your data in a portable format
