Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Instant Jarvis (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Instant Jarvis is a fully managed AI assistant platform built on OpenClaw. The Service includes cloud hosting, AI model access, third-party integrations, and ongoing maintenance. Features and availability may change as we improve the platform.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the current billing period ends. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without written consent
• Use the Service to generate spam, harassment, or abusive content

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by Instant Jarvis. You retain ownership of any data or content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms (Google, Telegram, Discord, Slack, etc.). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instant Jarvis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Instant Jarvis operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
